Cabins and Rates

Each cabin is heated and has electricity, hot/cold running water, indoor bathrooms, DVD players, private decks overlooking the Kennebec River, and kitchenettes which are equipped with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes & basic cookware. Bed linens are provided. Bring your own towels. All cabins are non-smoking.

Cabin 1 – Laughing Loon Two bedrooms, each with one double bed & one set of bunkbeds. Sleeps up to 8. $160/night up to 4 people $30 per person each additional over 4

Cabin 2 – Soaring Eagle This is the most "modern" cabin and has the largest living & kitchen area. One downstairs bedroom with one double bed & three single beds, plus one loft bedroom with one double bed & one single bed. Sleeps up to 8. $160/night up to 4 people $30 per person each additional over 4

Cabin 3 – Sliding Otter One bedroom with one double bed & one set of bunkbeds. Living room sofa opens to sleep two. Sleeps up to 6. $140/night up to 4 people $30 per person each additional over 4

Cabin 4 – Dancing Deer One bedroom with one double bed & one set of bunkbeds. Living room sofa opens to sleep two. Sleeps up to 6. $140/night up to 4 people $30 per person each additional over 4

Cabin 5 – Running Bear Two bedrooms, each with one double bed & one set of bunkbeds. Sleeps up to 8. $160/night up to 4 people $30 per person each additional over 4

Prices shown do not include 7% Maine lodging tax.
Two night minimum required on most weekends.

Weekly rates are 7 nights for the price of 5.

All cabins are non-smoking. Smoking inside cabins will result in a $125 clean-up charge.

Sorry, no pets allowed inside cabins.

CHECK IN: After 3:00pm. CHECK OUT: Before 11:00am.

CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY:
- 50% deposit is required with your reservation.
- Remaining balance is due by 14 days prior to your stay.
- Deposit becomes non-refuncable 28 days prior to your stay. Cancellations made more than 28 days prior to arrival are refundable less a $30 office fee. Cancellations made less than 28 days prior to arrival are non-refundable unless the cabin(s) can be rented to another party for the same date(s).
- Reservations made within 14 days of arrival require payment in full.
- No refunds for early departures.
- Additional repair/replacement or cleaning charges will result from damage, thefts, smoking, or graffiti.

Gladly accepting VISA/MC or Paypal. Personal checks also accepted, however valid credit card number is required for security deposit.
